Shipping Information

Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 2 PM will be processed and shipped on the next working day.  

Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will make every effort to contact you on the same day to discuss available alternatives. Please note that dispatch does not occur on bank holidays.

Box Dimensions & Weight:

The listed prices are based on our standard box weight with the following maximum dimensions:

Height: 59.69 cm

Length: 49.53 cm

Width: 40.64 cm

If the package exceeds these dimensions or weight limits, additional charges may apply. In such cases, our customer care team will reach out to you to arrange payment prior to shipment.

US Standard Shipping (8 to 12 Business Days)

We partner with DPD and UPS, renowned for their reliable and efficient courier services.  

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) qualify for standard shipping (8 to 12 Business Days), subject to service availability in your area.  

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM on Friday will be delivered on Monday, unless the Saturday delivery option is selected at checkout.  

- Orders placed from Saturday to Sunday or on a Bank Holiday will be delivered within 8 to 12 Business days.

Free delivery on orders of $500.00 or more with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service.

Ideal for small to medium-sized orders at $39.00 (0lb – 33lb Orders), ensuring reliable delivery.

UPS Express Saver – Tracked Bx2 (8 to 12 Business Days)

Best for bulk purchases at $78.00 (33.01lb – 66lb Orders), shipping solution for larger shipments.

UPS Express Saver – Tracked Bx3 (8 to 12 Business Days)

Designed for higher-value shipments at $117.00 ($33.01 – $66.00 Orders), with secure and timely delivery.

Click & Collect:

We offer a free Click & Collect service from our California showroom, providing a hassle-free way to pick up your online orders. Simply place your order online, and allow 3-4 hours for processing before collection.  

Click & Collect Availability:  

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM  

- Please bring a valid ID (matching your order details) and your order confirmation email for verification upon collection.  

Additionally, we offer a buy-over-the-counter service at our California showroom, allowing you to shop in person and explore our collection.
