Returns & Refund Policies

At Wholesale Shopping USA, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund process. Please review the updated policy below, which aligns with our global standards.  

Returns

We offer a return policy that requires customers to initiate a return request within 2 working days of receiving their order.  

To qualify for a return:  

- The item must be in the same condition as when it was sent, including original packaging and tags.  

- It must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.  

- The return request must include the invoice or proof of purchase.

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items  

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for the following items:  

- Custom or personalized products. 

- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products). 

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.  

 Additionally, items on sale or purchased using a gift card are not eligible for return.  

Damages and Issues  

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at accounts@wholesaleshopping.com. Include a description of the issue along with photos of the item, so we can assess and resolve the problem promptly.  

Return Shipping Costs  

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Returns are made at the customer's risk, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.  

If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will provide specific instructions regarding shipping costs.  

Refunds  

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.   

Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10–12 working days after we receive the returned goods. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges  

For sizing or quality-related issues, we offer exchanges or store credit instead of direct refunds.  

To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us at the given contact information within 2 working days of receiving your order.
